The Pearl Avenue Branch Library consists of the construction of a new single story, 14,000 square foot, wood framed building. The new building is replacing the existing library at 4270 Pearl Ave. in San Jose. The building will be a LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Certified project using environmentally responsible construction products and methods.
