Background |
Neil Burrow began his career as a Carpenter Apprentice in 2005 and studying Structural Engineering at San Jose State University, ultimately receiving a degree in Communication Studies. Neil joined Bogard Construction in 2006 as a Project Engineer where his main role is to assist a specific projects' success through enhancing coordination between design team, subcontractors, manufacturers, as well as building/special inspectors to the satisfaction of our client. Through working on commercial, multi-family and healthcare projects, Neil has gained a valuable and unique perspective. As Project Engineer, he works directly with the estimating department to coordinate bid coverage and clarify subcontractor scopes of work. He then has the opportunity to coordinate directly with a chosen project team and follow the project through to final close out by assisting the project manager and superintendent. This involvement with all phases of construction, from initial estimating to close-out, has made Neil a valuable asset to the Bogard team. Neil takes pride in quality construction, and his motivation on each project is the awesome feeling of delivering an excellent building to a satisfied client.
