Brian will assist on a part time basis during pre-construction services to insure the constructability of the building. During construction he will attend on-site meetings, and visit the site at least once each week. In addition to the above, 11 months after the project has been completed, Brian will follow up with the owner on a '1 year warranty walk-through' in which he and an owner's representative will review the project and its systems for any potential warranty items requiring attention. This further ensures that the service and product provided by Bogard Construction is unmatched.
